Refund policy

Returns and Exchange

We offer a 15-day window for returns and exchanges, starting from the date of product delivery. the customer’s refund amount will be transferred online to their provided account after we receive and inspect the product.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for used products. Please ensure the product is unworn and in its original packaging.

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply. Cartzo may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors etc.
